Wayne Lee is Vice-President, Investments
responsible for the acquisition, development and disposition of real estate projects
and other business ventures in Canada and the US.
Wayne has worked in every facet of real estate development
including accounting and finance, feasibility analysis, property management,
project management, construction, residential sales and marketing and commercial
leasing.
Since graduating from the University of British Columbia
in 1984 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in both Finance and Urban
Land Economics, Wayne has worked extensively on the Future Shop store development
and real estate programs, Wesbild's shopping center portfolio in the greater
Pacific Northwest, high-rise condominium projects including the award winning
City-in-the-Park master-planned community in Burnaby, BC and land development
in the prestigious Westwood Plateau residential community located in Coquitlam,
BC.
Wayne is a member of the Urban Development Institute UDI
and the International Council of Shopping Centers ICSC.
Wayne is also actively involved in several committees with
Jericho Tennis Club and a volunteer with West Point Grey Academy school
