Tom Sroufe is the senior officer of Wesbild Shopping Centers, the retail division of Wesbild Inc. a privately held real estate investment company based in Vancouver BC.

He has been involved in various aspects of the shopping center industry since graduating from the University of Washington in 1977.

To date, Tom has participated in approximately $1.3 billion of investment sales or financing.

He has held senior positions at Winmar, Pan Pacific Realty and Morgan Stanley.

Under Tom's direction, Wesbild has completed approximately $CDN300 million in shopping center acquisitions and sales in British Columbia, Washington and Idaho since 1994.
