Randy is Executive Vice President of Inwest Investments and President of Wesbild Holdings, a company whose real estate activities comprise shopping centres as well as residential and real estate development including the Westwood Plateau residential community.

Westwood Plateau comprises 1600 acres, 4500 dwelling units, five schools, a shopping centre, two golf courses and is home to 15,000 people. Shopping centre activity has been concentrated in the Pacific Northwest of Canada and the United States.

A lawyer by training, Randy practiced for many years as the senior tax partner with Borden Ladner Gervais in Vancouver, Canada and has a law degree as well as a Bachelor of Commerce.

He currently serves on the Boards of UBC Properties, the organization that develops and manages the land owned by the University of British Columbia, the Coquitlam Builders' Trust, Collingwood School, Big Sky Golf Course, and the Urban Development Institute, a real estate development industry board. He is a past Governor of the Canadian Tax Foundation and taught for several years as an adjunct professor at UBC's Law School.

He is married to a lawyer and resides in West Vancouver with his two boys, Trevor aged 10 and Matthew aged 12.
