Mr. Rutgers is responsible for the Company's accounting and treasury functions, and for financial analysis and financing of new and ongoing business investments.

Henry joined the Inwest group in 1985, and held several positions with various Inwest subsidiaries before being promoted to Vice President Finance of Wesbild in 2002.

Prior to joining Inwest, Henry had a seven year career with Price Waterhouse in Calgary.

Henry holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Accountant. He is also a member of Financial Executives International.
