Mr. Rafi comes to Wesbild Holding Ltd. with over 15 years management experience in both Real Estate Development and Project Management.

Previously at Future Shop Ltd. he managed the site selection, lease negotiation and construction of the first 50 retail stores, this effort laid the foundation for phenomenal growth seeing the organization expand to 100 prime real estate locations across Canada.

Mr. Rafi's career at Future Shop Ltd. also included a 3-1/2 year position as a Group Product Manager in the Merchandising Dept where he implemented a number of key initiatives related to the timely disposal of clearance inventory, this effort resulted in significantly lowering distressed inventory levels across the organization which contributed to increased product line profitability.

His past experience combined with his hands-on approach to developing personal and business relationships proves to be a great asset in both understanding real estate development issues and working with public agencies and the real estate community.

Mr. Rafi graduated in 1972 from Southern Illinois University with a BA, and completed his post graduate studies in Economics in 1975 from London Polytechnics, London, England.

Mr. Rafi's role is to investigate market trends, perform research/analysis, and determine the market feasibility for real estate development projects, and other investment opportunities.
